FAQ - How do I request help/report a problem?

To report a problem or ask for help.

Click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site. Complete the description of the issue you're reporting with as much detail as possible. Don't assume that everyone using the site is experiencing the same thing as you. We need to know what device you're using to access the site, what browser you're using, where on the site you're having an issue and any other details you can share to identify and correct issues.

I never got a response.

Check your spam folder. We make every attempt to replay to members as promptly as possible. If you've reported the same issue repeatedly we assume messages are going to your spam folder and only you can resolve that issue. If your membership has been suspended, we make an effort to let you know once. You're free to ask as many times as you like, but this is a service for members and as already noted, you are no longer a member.
